We are looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor based in Lebanon to join our team remotely and support the production of engaging short-form and long-form content for our clients, talents, and internal brand.

Role Overview

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing high-quality videos for social media, influencer campaigns, brand content, reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, podcasts, and internal Reach content. The role reports directly to the Senior Content Manager and requires close coordination with the content, influencer marketing, and talent management teams.

The ideal candidate understands digital trends, fast-paced editing, storytelling, and how to create content that captures attention within the first few seconds.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and other social platforms.
• Edit long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, campaign videos, YouTube episodes, and brand films.
• Add subtitles, captions, sound effects, music, transitions, graphics, and basic motion elements.
• Adapt videos into multiple formats and sizes depending on platform requirements.
• Work closely with the Senior Content Manager to execute briefs, creative direction, and feedback.
• Coordinate with the content, influencer marketing, and talent management teams on campaign deliverables.
• Follow brand guidelines, client requirements, and internal content standards.
• Create engaging hooks, pacing, and storytelling structures for social media content.
• Organize raw footage, project files, exports, and final deliverables.
• Stay updated on social media editing trends, creator formats, and viral content styles.
• Support urgent edits when needed for fast-moving campaigns.

Requirements

• Based in Egypt.
• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in social media, agency, creator, or brand content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and digital-first content.
• Excellent skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, and color correction is a plus.
• Ability to create clean subtitles, dynamic captions, and engaging visual pacing.
• Strong sense of storytelling, music selection, timing, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable handling multiple projects at the same time.
• Arabic and English editing capability is preferred.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who does more than just cut footage. The ideal candidate understands what makes people stop scrolling, how to structure content for social platforms, and how to turn raw footage into polished, engaging, and brand-relevant videos.

You should be proactive, fast, creative, organized, and able to take feedback from the Senior Content Manager without needing constant follow-up.

Nice to Have

• Experience editing influencer campaigns.
• Experience with beauty, food, lifestyle, automotive, family, or entertainment content.
• Understanding of social media trends in the GCC market.
