To get a better idea of our company and what it's like to work on our team, check out this short video: ** https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Imn7tqGmLXZxcpNBRI0mxYA6ayPwLT7j/view?usp=sharing** Now, we're looking for a full-time Video Editor (40 hours/week) to bring our ad creatives to life - someone who can take raw footage and turn it into powerful, polished videos that drive sales and build our community. ✅ Edit high-converting video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google ✅ Bring creative briefs to life with fast, compelling edits that match the hook, angle, and storyline ✅ Create a variety of formats, from short-form direct response ads to longer-form VSLs and advertorial-style content ✅ Work closely with content creators, creative strategists, and media buyers to deliver assets that perform ✅ Collaborate on new ad concepts and contribute creative input during brainstorming ✅ Stay ahead of platform trends, meme culture, and editing styles to keep our content fresh ✅ Manage and organize video assets, templates, and versioning for efficient turnaround ✅ Continuously iterate based on data and feedback to improve performance ✔️ DTC E-Commerce Experience – This is a mandatory requirement. Looking around, he noticed something striking: so many of the women in his life - his mom, his sister, his friends - wanted to get fitter, lose weight, and build muscle, but kept running into the same wall. The idea hit him during his own workout. He was using resistance bands and thought: what if these were built into everyday clothing? What if women could get the benefits of resistance training passively - while walking the kids to school, cooking dinner, or sitting at their desk? The idea was personal too. Christian was a difficult kid growing up and put his mom through a lot. She barely had time for herself, let alone the gym.
