Video Editor (In-House) Role: Performance Video Editor Function: Post-production editing Responsibility: Edit and deliver short-form, ad content, and wider video content for social channels and landing pages. Reports to: Head of Marketing Location: Remote Employment: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Salary: $800 - $1000 About Us Founded in 2019, Soar With Us is one of the UK's fastest-growing e-commerce advertising agencies — a team of 30+ A-Players who've generated over £250m in client revenue over the last 12 months, working with brands like TRIP, Cowshed, Heights, IM8, 47 Skin, and Nutrition Geeeks. We're investing heavily in video, and we're hiring our second in-house Video Editor to increase output across our own marketing funnel — not client work. You'll own editing for our organic social, website-converting VSLs, and Meta ad creative, working closely with our video content executive. What You'll Do Edit 8–12 short-form clips a week (30–60 sec) for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn — subtitled, clean audio, minimal extra polish Cut longer-form, sales-driven VSLs for our website, with motion graphics where needed Produce 8–10 Meta ad variants a month — hooks, CTAs and motion graphics testing off core assets Pull 5–10 minute YouTube highlight clips from longer recordings Occasionally support podcast production (trailers, full episodes) What You'll Need Attitude: Take full ownership of both your successes and failures. Experience & Skills 3+ years' video editing experience, ideally in e-commerce Expert in Premiere Pro and After Effects A sharp eye for short-form pacing, hooks, and what actually drives action — not just what looks good Ability to take a long, raw recording and independently find what's worth cutting Comfortable working from timestamps with minimal hand-holding Strong written and spoken English, reliable with deadlines, proactive communicator *Please submit a valid portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your expertise* Incredible Client Base : Work with some of the fastest-growing and most established DTC e-commerce brands globally.
