🎬 We're Hiring: Video Editor / AI Content Producer

Remote | Part-Time Contractor

Taylor Alexandria Brand Studio and International Idols Agency are looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor / AI Content Producer to join our growing creative team.

This position will involve creating content for Taylor Alexandria's longevity, wellness, and luxury lifestyle brand, while also producing content for International Idols Agency and an international influencer, actor, entrepreneur, and content creator across entertainment, lifestyle, travel, fitness, UGC, and social media campaigns.

We're specifically looking for someone who understands how to combine traditional video editing with AI-powered content creation. Experience with Higgsfield is highly preferred. If you haven't worked with Higgsfield, you should have experience creating high-performing content for influencers or personal brands using AI platforms such as Runway, Kling, Seedance, or similar tools, and be excited to learn new AI workflows.

You'll work closely with our creative team to transform long-form footage into engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, AI-generated UGC ads, and other high-performing social content.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form and long-form videos

• Produce content for Taylor Alexandria Brand Studio and International Idols Agency

• Create content for an international influencer, actor, entrepreneur, and content creator

• Create Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and promotional campaigns

• Use AI tools to create UGC advertisements and original digital content

• Work primarily with Higgsfield and other AI video-generation platforms

• Turn concepts, prompts, footage, and creative briefs into polished videos

• Color grade each video to match our established brand style

• Add captions, motion graphics, B-roll, transitions, sound design, and engaging visual effects

• Collaborate with our Social Media Manager and creative team throughout the revision process

• Organize projects and creative assets in Airtable

• Help produce consistent, high-performing content across multiple brands

Required Experience

• Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills

• Experience editing content for influencers, actors, creators, or personal brands

• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, captions, storytelling, and audience retention

• Experience using AI to create video content, advertisements, or UGC-style content

• Higgsfield experience is strongly preferred

• Applicants without Higgsfield experience should be familiar with Seedance, Kling, Runway, or similar AI tools

• Ability and willingness to learn new AI platforms, systems, and creative workflows

• Experience with color grading using Premiere Lumetri or DaVinci Resolve

• Comfortable communicating and working in English

• Able to follow established brand guidelines and editing styles

CompensationOrientation & Training (First Approximately 90 Days)

• $200 USD/month flat base pay

• Commission on every qualifying AI UGC advertisement created

After Orientation

• $285 USD/month part-time base pay

• Additional commission opportunities

Schedule & Commitment

• Part-time remote contractor position

• A couple of live video syncs each week during US Eastern Time business hours

• Daily written check-ins with the creative team

• Minimum 6-month commitment required

• 3-week written notice required before leaving the position

• One 15–30 second AI-generated UGC advertisement

• One short-form editing sample
