Video Operator

Agency : Havas Village Prague Job Description : Overview POP Prague is looking for an experienced Video Operator to support production teams. The role focuses on executing video adaptations, localization, versioning, and production work across digital, social, broadcast, and DOOH campaigns for international clients. Key responsibilities Adapt master video assets into multiple formats, versions, and languages Localize and version video content using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite Replace text, graphics, endframes, supers, legal copy, and localized assets while maintaining creative consistency Prepare deliverables for digital, social, broadcast, DOOH, and other distribution channels Render and export deliverables according to technical specifications and client requirements Perform quality control on video, graphics, timing, and audio before delivery Collaborate remotely with Project Managers and Production teams Ensure all deliverables comply with POP production standards and client specifications What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics, localization, or post-production Reliable, organized, and responsive Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency or production environment Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder) Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently with limited supervision Comfortable working under tight deadlines and handling last-minute production requests Good communication skills in English Nice to Have Experience with video localization, adaptation, and versioning workflows Experience with international brands and localization projects Knowledge of AI-assisted video production tools What We Offer Opportunity to work on global brands and international campaigns Friendly and collaborative team environment Exposure to a wide range of post-production challenges Modern production workflows and tools Potential for longer-term opportunities within the organization Contract Type : Temporary Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
