We’re looking for a skilled and production-minded Motion graphics and video editor to join our in-house offshore creative team at a business software company. This role is responsible for turning existing brand guidelines, templates, and source videos into polished, on‑brand video assets used across internal and external channels. From short-form social videos and product animations to voiceover-driven explainers and longer-form customer stories, your work helps bring our brand and customer impact to life. This role matters because high-quality, consistent video content strengthens trust, improves engagement, and scales our storytelling across the business. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: · Edit and produce video assets from brief to final delivery, including short-form, long-form, animated, and voiceover-based content, using existing templates and brand standards. · Leverage AI-assisted video and audio tools (e.g., for rough cuts, captions, voiceovers, resizing, or animation support) while applying creative judgment to ensure quality and intent. · Maintain brand consistency across visual style, pacing, tone, motion, and audio, ensuring all outputs meet internal quality and accessibility standards. · Deliver work on time in a remote production environment, managing multiple requests, formats, and deadlines with strong attention to detail. · Incorporate feedback and iterate efficiently, making revisions that improve clarity, storytelling, and overall impact while staying aligned to the original brief. Basic Qualifications: · Professional video editing experience, with a portfolio demonstrating marketing, brand, or customer-focused video content. · Hands-on experience with generative AI or automation tools used in video, audio, or animation workflows. · End-to-end production capability, including editing, light motion graphics or animation, basic audio cleanup, and final exports across formats. · Strong remote collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and teams. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience supporting B2B, SaaS, or technology brands, particularly customer stories or product-related content. · Familiarity with motion graphics and animation systems, including templated or modular animation frameworks. · Experience working within in-house or offshore creative teams focused on scale, consistency, and speed. What You Will Need: · Strong command of AI: ensuring every asset feels intentional, on-brand, and audience-ready, using technology to enhance creativity rather than replace it · Solid project management skills to move work from brief → draft → review → final video without delays · Great remote collaboration skills to coordinate smoothly with Project Managers, requestors and colleagues · A performance mindset to learn from feedback and adding value through shaping narrative flow, emotional tone, pacing, and polish to every video · Positive attitude and strong interpersonal team skills What Will Put You Ahead? Prefer college degree, AI certifications or related work experience. Knowledge or experience with ClickUp, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Vimeo, and other video design and AI tools is preferred.
