In this role, you will: Communicate with VIP clients across multiple channels and provide a high-quality customer experience; Support the team in handling VIP client requests and ensuring timely follow-up on client-related issues; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and engagement; Contribute to client retention and reactivation activities; Monitor client activity, key metrics, and behavioral changes to identify opportunities or potential risks; Collaborate with internal teams and supervisors to resolve client requests efficiently and support service quality. Skills you’ll need to bring: Fluent written and spoken English and Russian ; Experience in customer support, preferably with VIP or premium-segment clients; Basic understanding of iGaming products, player behavior, and key metrics; Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional, trust-based relationships with clients; Stress resilience and the ability to stay effective in a fast-paced environment; Ability to handle sensitive client requests with tact, accuracy, and confidentiality; Readiness to work in a shift-based schedule, including night shifts .
