Role Description The VIP Host is a full-time remote role responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value players. In this position, you will provide personalized support, manage VIP communications, and ensure an exceptional player experience across all touchpoints. Daily tasks include responding to player inquiries, resolving issues promptly, coordinating special offers and promotions, and monitoring player activity to identify engagement opportunities. You will also collaborate with customer support, marketing, and operations teams to enhance VIP programs, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of player services.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with diverse audiences.
• Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem resolution.
• Ability to provide Training and guidance to players or team members on processes, features, and offerings.
• Background in Food & Beverage or hospitality is beneficial for managing VIP experiences and expectations.
• Sales skills to promote offers, encourage player engagement, and support retention initiatives.
• Experience in gaming, online entertainment, or related industries is an advantage.
• Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting on player activity and trends.
