About the Role

The VIP Host for Australia owns a portfolio of Thrill's highest-value English-speaking players and carries the same mandate as the rest of the VIP host team: engagement, retention, and commercial growth.

The right person for this role is trusted fast, commercially sharp. emotionally steady, and reads people well under pressure.

The Mission Ahead

• Own a portfolio of hosted VIP players in the English speaking APAC market as primary point of contact
• Identify new host candidates from the VIP Looker view against Thrill's hosting criteria (deposit and loss thresholds, tier), and manage onboarding into a dedicated Telegram
• Track player sentiment, activity windows and churn risk, and bring portfolio changes to the weekly review
• Escalate credit line requests with full context and route any self-exclusion or responsible-gaming signal straight to the Operations team
• Run every escalation as a single ticker with player ID, issue summary, timeline and actions taken, and keep it updated until closed
• Follow Thrill's regulatory and responsible-gambling procedures
• Hold VIP team's response standards and SLAs
• Log a full end-of-shift report covering withdrawals, bug reports, pending requests and player sentiment, so hosts on other timezones can pick up cleanly

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record owning direct, named relationships with real accountability, not team or queue-based support
• Experience in a high-stakes, high-pressure or emotionally demanding environment: hospitality, crisis handling, high-value B2C, nightlife, crypto or similar
• Commercial accountability somewhere in your history: revenue, retention, growth or margin, not only service metrics
• Native English speaking skills and familiarity with online casino, betting or high-stakes consumer culture
• Commercial mindset
