So what’s the challenge...

As a VIP Senior Specialist, you will be at the heart of Allwyn’s online VIP experience—owning the daily management and engagement of our most valuable players. Your focus will be on building strong, lasting relationships with VIP customers, enhancing their experience at every touchpoint, and driving meaningful outcomes in customer satisfaction, GGR, and ROI. This is a role where insight, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first mindset directly translate into business performance and long-term loyalty.

What your day to day will include:

• Contacting VIP and potential VIP players daily and providing personalized support
• Collecting and analyzing player preferences to improve service and engagement
• Supporting and executing VIP strategy across online exclusive games
• Helping to design monthly VIP promotions and run weekly bonus campaigns per product
• Tracking and reporting ROI of VIP promotions and suggesting ways to improve performance
• Monitoring player behavior and creating tailored offers to boost engagement and activity
• Organizing VIP events, including prizes, travel, accommodation, and suppliers
• Updating VIP segments monthly and maintaining performance reports, costs vs. Budget and compliance submissions
• Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity in the VIP management landscape

What you’ll bring:

• BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience, ideally in gaming or a similar industry
• Strong customer service skills with focus on building long-term relationships
• Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making in real-time situations
• Solid data management and analytical skills
• Flexible with working hours and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
