Job Summary We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Reel & Short-Form Video Content Specialist with proven experience in the restaurant / food & beverage industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of creating viral reels with millions of views and high engagement across Instagram, and other short-form video platforms. You will be responsible for producing visually compelling, trend-driven content that helps restaurants grow their online presence, audience engagement, and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality, engaging Reels and short-form videos for restaurants and food brands. Develop viral, scroll-stopping content strategies focused on maximizing reach and engagement. Edit videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio trends, transitions, and engagement techniques. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align content with campaign goals and brand messaging. Manage multiple content projects and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced remote environment. Optimize content based on performance insights, audience behavior, and engagement metrics. Utilize AI content generation and editing tools to streamline workflows, brainstorm concepts, or enhance video production. Requirements 5–10 years of experience in Reel creation, short-form content, or social media video production. Prior experience working with restaurants, food brands, hospitality, or the food & beverage industry is highly preferred. Proven experience creating reels/videos that achieved high engagement and millions of views. Strong expertise in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools. Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, hooks, storytelling, and audience retention techniques. Ability to work independently and consistently deliver creative, high-quality content remotely. Strong portfolio showcasing viral or high-performing short-form video content.
