Role Description The Virtual Assistant role at Kristen Levine Media is a remote, contract position supporting day-to-day administrative and operational activities. Responsibilities include managing email and calendar scheduling, organizing files and documents, and updating spreadsheets and project trackers. The Virtual Assistant will assist with social media and content coordination, prepare basic reports, and help maintain accurate records and workflows. This role also involves communicating with internal team members and external partners, following established procedures, and proactively identifying ways to improve efficiency.
Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Competence with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, project management tools, cloud-based file storage).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with professional email etiquette and attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, including reliable internet access and a suitable workspace.
• Experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or coordination roles; familiarity with digital marketing or social media is a plus.
• High level of accuracy, discretion, and integrity when handling information and client or partner communications.
• Interest in or comfort working with pet-related content and brands is beneficial.
