Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Virtual Assistant and Channel Manager. You will help manage their short-term rental properties. This role involves handling guest communication and managing listings on different platforms. You will ensure that the properties are well-represented online. You will also help with booking inquiries and confirmations.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Respond to guest inquiries and messages.

• Manage property listings on various booking platforms.

• Update calendars and availability across platforms.

• Process booking requests and send confirmations.

• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.

• Address guest issues and concerns promptly.

• Maintain accurate property information online.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.

• Experience with channel management for short-term rentals.

• Experience with Hospitable, Turno, Pricelabs, and Turbo Tenant.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with short-term rental platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo.

• Experience with property management software.

• Customer service experience preferred.

Personality:

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Reliable and responsible.

Software & Tools:

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

• Communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).

• Channel management software (Hospitable, Turno, Pricelabs, and Turbo Tenant).

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CT

Salary and Benefits:
