Virtual Assistant (Salesforce)

We are looking for a highly organized, responsive, and proactive Virtual Assistant - Salesforce to support a team of 9 Marketing Managers . This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Salesforce experience who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and stay ahead of tasks and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to 9 Marketing Managers. Work extensively in Salesforce , particularly with down-funnel processes and activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records, data, and reports. Assist with tracking leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and other marketing-related activities. Coordinate requests and tasks across multiple Marketing Managers. Follow up proactively on pending items and ensure deadlines are met. Communicate clearly and professionally with Marketing Managers and internal stakeholders. Identify issues or gaps and take initiative to resolve them. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Support other administrative and marketing operations tasks as needed. Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role . Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required. Familiarity with Salesforce down-funnel processes and workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Responsive and reliable when handling requests and follow-ups. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently. Strong time-management and prioritization skills. Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
