Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a strong focus on social media management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative, and organized individual who can help us grow our brand's online presence and engage with our community across various platforms. Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube). Content Creation: Assist in creating visually appealing graphics, posts, and stories that align with our brand identity and marketing campaigns. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and active community. Analytics & Reporting: Track key social media metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to optimize our content strategy. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader business goals and product launches. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including scheduling, research, and file organization. Skills and Qualifications: 1-2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their unique features and algorithms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite). Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A proactive and self-starting attitude, with the ability to work independently. A genuine interest in the natural health and wellness industry is a plus. Advantageous Skills: Video Editing Skills: Experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is a significant advantage. This includes the ability to create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) and long-form content for platforms like YouTube.
