What You'll Do
As a
Virtual Benefits Care Representative
, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients seeking information about supplemental benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits
Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations through Zoom
Explain benefit options clearly and professionally
Guide clients through the enrollment process
Complete accurate documentation following each client interaction
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in every interaction
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
