Position Overview AO Globe Life is looking for a Virtual Benefits Consultant to work remotely with individuals and families who are interested in reviewing insurance protection options. You will help clients understand life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products while creating a professional, informative, and supportive experience. We provide warm leads, comprehensive training, daily mentorship, and ongoing support so you can focus on serving clients and growing your career. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to: • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
