Virtual IOP Therapist (Independently Licensed)

Role: Virtual IOP Therapist (Independently Licensed, NC)

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality behavioral health care through individual and group therapy sessions, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, monitor client progress, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Facilitate evidence-based interventions, educate clients and families, and adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards. Participate in team meetings and stay current with behavioral health research.

Qualifications And Skills

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Valid independent licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent)
• Experience in behavioral therapy, group therapy, and virtual environments
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Preferred: 3+ years post-licensure experience, IOP/PHP setting experience
  
  

Additional Details: Full-time role working with adults, with a schedule including virtual sessions on specified days. Cross-licensure in other states is encouraged. All licensure fees are covered.
