Founded by Timothy Tan, Reinvention & Legacy Coach, we work with Semi-Retired, Retired, Between-work, and On-Purpose professionals (50–70) navigating their Second Chapter. If you care about helping people find purpose beyond a title — not just posting content for the sake of engagement — this internship will feel like more than a resume line.

Role Description

This is a remote internship for a Virtual LinkedIn Intern who will help grow and manage Timothy Tan's LinkedIn presence. You'll be writing for an audience actively rethinking identity, purpose, and legacy in midlife and beyond — so this isn't generic social media work, it's content with a mission behind it.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the LinkedIn profile (headline, About section, featured content, visual consistency)
• Write and schedule LinkedIn posts in Tim's voice
• Engage with followers and relevant conversations to build authentic community
• Conduct market research on LinkedIn trends relevant to the coaching, reinvention, and purpose-driven professional space
• Assist in implementing LinkedIn marketing strategies and outreach
• Track analytics and report on campaign performance, with recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

• Proficiency in LinkedIn profile management and content creation
• Skills in market research and analysing LinkedIn trends
• Experience or educational background in marketing, social media management, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines remotely
• Experience with LinkedIn analytics tools and reporting is a plus
• Familiarity with professional networking and career development topics is a plus — genuine interest in the midlife reinvention/purpose space is a bonus
