What You'll Do
As a Remote Client Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients, helping them understand available benefits and providing exceptional service throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
Assist clients with benefit information, coverage options, and general inquiries
Build strong relationships through professionalism, communication, and follow-through
Provide solutions and support while maintaining a positive client experience
Maintain accurate records and client documentation
Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
