Virtual Recruiter

Job description Virtual Recruiter (Hybrid) Our HR team plays a key role in building strong teams by connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities. As a Virtual Recruiter, you’ll help drive our hiring efforts through candidate sourcing, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers to support our continued growth. What You’ll Do: Manage open roles and coordinate with hiring managers Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews Handle background checks, drug screenings, and offer letters in the ATS Track hiring progress and recruiting expenses Create reports and assist with HR projects as needed What We’re Looking For: 6 months to 1 year recruiting experience (required) Familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRIS Strong communication skills (phone, email, video) Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and creative for hard-to-fill roles Bachelor’s degree preferred Work Environment & Schedule Full-time, typically Monday–Friday. Hybrid role: remote work, office time, and participation in job fairs as needed. Compensation: Base Pay: $45,000 to $55,000 (annually) + commission
