We are seeking a driven, coachable individual to join our leadership development track as an Entry-Level Manager . This remote, contract-based position offers the opportunity to lead and mentor agents, optimize performance, and progress quickly into senior leadership roles—all while helping families protect what matters most. Strong leadership potential with natural team-building instincts Excellent communication and coaching abilities, especially via virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom) Ability to analyze sales data and implement performance-improvement strategies Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools Background in sales, customer service, or leadership is advantageous A degree is welcome but not required—performance and initiative are what matter most Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: 100% performance-based commission (no income cap) Location: Fully remote (open in most U.S. states except NY, MN, and CA) Perks: Flexible schedule, mentorship from top industry leaders, opportunities for national and international travel
