Support field teams in executing approved commercial strategies and campaign initiatives. Engage healthcare professionals via phone and virtual platforms to reinforce product access pathways and specialty pharmacy distribution processes. Assist with transition initiatives from retail to specialty pharmacy partners to improve product acquisition within healthcare settings. Serve as a consistent virtual presence that builds rapport, strengthens relationships, and expands connectivity across stakeholders. Leverage customer networks, digital tools, and CRM platforms to enhance reach and engagement. Accurately document interactions, insights, and follow-up actions in accordance with client policies and compliance standards. Maintain productivity metrics aligned with program objectives . Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the migraine product portfolio, access landscape, and approved promotional materials. Successfully complete all required product and compliance training (self-study, testing, virtual and/or in-person training). C ollaborate closely with Virtual Sales Managers, Field Regional Sales Managers, and Field counterparts to ensure aligned execution. Support the execution of commercial strategies in compliance with FDA regulations, Federal Healthcare Program requirements, and client policies. What do you need for this position? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience Previous virtual/contact center sales experience required Strong technical acumen Strong work ethic and ability to build rapport quickly Positive attitude and adaptability Open to and actively solicits feedback for professional growth The base pay range for this position is $42K – $78K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
