Immediate start dates are based on available placement opportunities upon completion of the application process. As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will: Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships Evaluate levels of speech and language Develop and execute treatment plans that address specific student needs Document sessions and record data on progress towards IEP goals Meet with personnel at the school or district to transmit information about student progress Requirements A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid professional license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board . Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
