Description Position Overview We are looking for a Visa and Immigration Specialist based in Belgrade (hybrid working model) to support client travel teams with visa, passport, and immigration services. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end case coordination, prepare and monitor documentation, maintain records in INON and IMMIGO, provide expert guidance, and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely case delivery. Working closely with clients, internal teams, and global partners, this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Duties and Responsibilities Provide expert guidance to client travel teams and travelers on visa, passport, and immigration requirements, offering risk assessment, proactive issue escalation, and tailored consultation for each case. Manage end-to-end case handling by preparing documentation, coordinating filings, maintaining timelines, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring all work is accurately recorded in INON and IMMIGO. Coordinate closely with GBV offices, network partners, CIBT teams, VIP resources, and local operations to support project-specific needs, special handling requests, and group travel requirements. Act as a centralized point of contact for all client-related inquiries, maintaining professional communication through dedicated channels and providing timely updates on case status, potential delays, or rejections. Continuously monitor orders in progress, review follow-up reports, identify emerging issues, and keep leadership informed of requirement changes that may impact service delivery. Uphold compliance with company policies, standards of work, and ethical guidelines while fostering strong internal relationships and performing additional duties as assigned by management. Maintain high-quality service delivery by staying current on regulatory changes, industry updates, and internal process adjustments that influence visa and immigration support. Ensure travelers receive accurate information, direct consultant contact details, and all required documents on time, maintaining a seamless experience throughout the entire case lifecycle. Use professional judgment to identify trends, address recurring issues, and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
