Position Overview The Visa and Immigration Specialist provides dedicated support to client travel teams, ensuring seamless coordination of visa, passport, and special project requirements. This role oversees end-to-end case coordination - monitoring orders, managing documentation in INON and IMMIGO, identifying risks, and communicating updates proactively to keep all projects on track. The position requires strong client service skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage high volumes while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Success in this role relies on exceptional organization, problem-solving ability, and a professional approach to supporting clients across dynamic and time-sensitive travel operations. Duties and Responsibilities Assist clients travel team with their questions regarding visas, passports or any other visa related services defined by special projects from clients travel team Review on a periodic basis all orders in progress for travel and GBV teams and reaching out to consultants when needed to ensure all orders stay on track Ability to work in INON and IMMIGO Coordinate communication with clients travel team with requirements, processing times, and fees associated with projects. Coordinate with GBV offices on Network Partner selected to support specific projects and visa needs Coordinate with CIBT and GBV offices on special handling requests such as VIP movements, etc. Identify impactful changes to communicate, address or escalate on clients travel team behalf Work proactively to identify and communicate to customers any potential issues that would prohibit CIBT or GBV from meeting project deadlines such as but not limited to processing delays, nationality concerns, or unforeseen changes to climate in destination that might alter visa support Utilize phone and e-mail communications to keep customers informed where required.
