City St George’s sponsors over 7000 students for Student Visas , and the University is required to have in place a robust framework for managing all aspects of the Home Office requirements. Failure to adhere to the requirements results in sanction against the university including the inability to recruit international students requiring Student Visa sponsorship. UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) compliance is a complex activity which is monitored closely by the City St George’s SLT. It requires the Visa Compliance Team to develop and manage City St George’s compliance framework as well as manage effective working relationships externally, with applicants, with students, and with senior colleagues in the six Schools to ensure effective implementation. The purpose of this role is to support the further development and implementation of the University’s UKVI compliance policies and procedures. The post also provides guidance and information to staff and students on UKVI Compliance processes in place at City St George’s, University of London. The role will primarily support students based at the Tooting Campus, with the main team located at Clerkenwell. Regular travel between the two campuses will therefore be required, with attendance at Tooting and Clerkenwell as needed. ** Additional Information Closing date for applications: 23 August 2026 at 11:59pm The selection process will involve an interview and an exercise.
