About the Role

We're looking for a Consular Processing expert who also brings strong recruitment experience to a client-facing leadership role. As Director of Visa Operations and Recruitment, you'll own the DS-160 and non-immigrant visa process from end to end while also overseeing full-cycle recruitment operations for our corporate clients. You're the kind of person who knows Consular Processing inside and out, communicates confidently with clients, and can lead a team with both precision and warmth.

This role is fully remote based in Mexico, with travel availability required as needed.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage all aspects of Consular Processing and DS-160 visa operations, including case assignments, submissions, and escalations
• Monitor visa case progress and provide daily consular decision updates to the team and clients
• Generate biweekly and monthly reports for corporate clients covering visa status, approvals, denials, and next steps
• Serve as the primary client contact for visa-related questions, concerns, and escalations
• Lead full-cycle recruitment operations: intake, interviews, scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, external recruiters, and candidates
• Lead, develop, and support your team through regular check-ins and performance oversight
• Represent the firm at recruitment events, virtual and in-person
• Maintain accurate, real-time records across visa and recruitment tracking systems
• Contribute to SOP development and firm-wide strategic planning

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Consular Processing experience, with strong working knowledge of DS-160 workflows and non-immigrant visa types
• Experience in recruitment, immigration services, or HR operations
• Outgoing, client-facing personality with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and tracking tools; comfortable with legal tech platforms
• Availability for work-related travel as needed

Compensation

• USD $1,500 - $1,700/month, depending on experience
