Courses include not only first-year experience and student success skills but also developmental-level writing and reading courses designed to help students transition into and thrive in college. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in one of the following or a closely related field: English, English Education, Mathematics, Higher Education Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or College Student Personnel.
