Courses include not only first-year experience and student success skills but also developmental-level writing and reading courses designed to help students transition into and thrive in college. Courses may be taught face-to-face or online depending on need. While some online instruction may be possible, the ability to teach in-person at the Miami Regionals Hamilton campus is strongly preferred. All instructors, regardless of modality, are required to attend a minimum of two in-person team meetings per semester at the Hamilton campus. Ability to teach online is limited to specific states. Course assignments are made on a semester basis. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in one of the following or a closely related field: English, English Education, Mathematics, Higher Education Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or College Student Personnel.
