THE OPPORTUNITY As a Visual Designer, you will support Hapana’s growth and go-to-market strategy by creating high-quality visual content across our key marketing channels. You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to design assets that support acquisition, product launches, sales, events, brand building, and lifecycle communications. This is a 12-month full-time contract role, with the strong possibility of conversion to a permanent position after one year. It’s a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for a designer with 2–3 years of experience who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will be responsible for producing visual assets end-to-end, from brief through to final delivery, across digital, paid, and event-led touchpoints. WHAT YOU'LL DO Design 2D visual assets and occasional light 3D visuals for marketing campaigns across social media, paid ads, website, email, events, and sales materials, including product-led visuals that reflect UI and UX concepts in collaboration with Product. Create 2D graphics and light motion/video content, including simple animations or 3D-enhanced visuals, to support demand generation, product launches, and GTM initiatives. Translate marketing and product messaging into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual storytelling. Support event marketing with creative assets, such as presentations, signage, booth graphics, and promotional materials. Apply and maintain Hapana’s brand guidelines consistently across all marketing outputs. Adapt and optimise creative assets for different platforms, formats, and audiences. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Growth to deliver assets on time, aligned with agreed content strategy and campaign priorities. Manage multiple design requests in parallel while meeting briefs and deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Own design templates, asset libraries, and workflows to increase efficiency. Support ad-hoc creative needs as the business scales and priorities evolve. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Marketing campaigns and launches are consistently supported by clear, polished, on-brand visual assets. Creative output improves engagement across social, paid, events, and sales touchpoints. The Marketing team moves faster with reliable, in-house design support. Visual consistency strengthens Hapana’s brand and enterprise credibility as the company scales. Design workflows, templates, and asset libraries improve efficiency over the contract period. By the end of the contract, you will be a trusted, high-impact contributor with potential to transition into a permanent role. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
