VNTR Community Manager

VNTR is a global ecosystem connecting investors, venture capital professionals, family offices, and startup founders through trusted relationships, curated opportunities, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Community Manager to support investors and founders throughout their journey with VNTR and VNTR OS https://os.vntr.vc/. You will be one of the main points of contact for our members—from onboarding and platform adoption to ongoing engagement, customer support, and membership growth.

Your role will be to understand member’s objectives, help them navigate the VNTR ecosystem, and connect them with the most relevant people, opportunities, resources, and services. This position combines community management, customer success, and business development.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, commercially aware, and genuinely passionate about building meaningful relationships within the global venture ecosystem.

ResponsibilitiesMember Onboarding and Support

• Welcome and onboard new investors and founders, providing a smooth and personalized introduction to VNTR and its benefits.
• Guide members through the platform, available services, events, connections, and investment opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, responding to questions and resolving membership or platform-related issues.
• Understand each member’s profile, objectives, investment interests, fundraising needs, and expectations.

Community Engagement and Relationships

• Build strong, long-term relationships with investors, founders, funds, and partners across the VNTR ecosystem.
• Maintain regular communication with members through thoughtful check-ins, recommendations, and follow-ups.
• Facilitate relevant introductions and encourage collaboration between investors, founders, and other community members.
• Increase participation in community discussions, events, deal flow, and other VNTR initiatives.
• Monitor engagement and proactively reconnect with members who may need additional support.

Member Success and Growth

• Help members gain measurable value from their VNTR experience by connecting them with the right opportunities and resources.
• Identify opportunities for membership renewals, upgrades, and additional VNTR services.
• Communicate the value of paid offerings in a consultative and member-focused way.
• Support retention by building trusted relationships and ensuring a consistently high-quality member experience.

Feedback and Internal Collaboration

• Collect and organise member feedback to identify opportunities for improving VNTR, VNTR OS and the overall community experience.
• Collaborate with the product, events, sales, investment, and operations teams to address member needs.
• Maintain accurate member information, interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities in internal systems.
• Track onboarding, engagement, satisfaction, retention, renewals, and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management, customer success, account management, membership services, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, service-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple relationships and priorities.
• Commercial awareness and confidence identifying opportunities for renewals, upgrades, and additional services.
• Proficiency with AI tools, CRM systems, digital platforms, and online communication tools.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Genuine interest in venture capital, startups, technology, and international business.
• Experience working with investors, founders, venture firms, family offices, accelerators, or professional communities is an advantage.
