What you’ll do As an Insight Development and Delivery Specialist, you will support the creation and delivery of strategic insights across Customer Fulfilment, enabling data-driven decision-making and performance improvement, while providing high-impact reporting, governance, and planning support to senior leadership, and translating complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive operational change and enhance customer experience. You will support and prioritise backlog tasks using a structured approach, while working at pace in agile, fast-moving technical environments. You will maintain awareness of changes across Customer Operations, Customer Fulfilment and Product which may impact performance and highlighting these where necessary. You will support with project impact and benefit assessment from an HBB test perspective to feed into project teams You will highlight where new data source feeds might be required from project deliveries and support the Data Specialists with bringing new data sources in place to support Customer Fulfilment You will be the point on contact and support the Big Data team utilising our HBB tech knowledge. You will support creating clear data visuals and reports, combining insights into simple, meaningful stories to share with teams and senior leaders. Who you are You will have knowledge of data query/programming languages such as SQL or Python (or similar, transferrable skills) You will have in depth understanding of the consumer home broadband service & related product’s, gained through experience within customer care and/or customer technical operation within a major IT, Telecoms or Fixed Line Organisation. You will have an eye for detailed data reporting and the ability to make data-led decisions You will have the ability to produce accurate & incisive analysis to illustrate successes & opportunities, adding valuable insights to provoke/enable change You will have awareness of data sources, security policies and visualisation tools in the VF landscape Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
