Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers. What you’ll do The Performance & Insight Advisor sits within the Technology Excellence function and is responsible for providing performance visibility, operational insight and data-driven decision support across VBTS. The role acts as the single point of truth for business performance, bringing together operational, customer, financial and transformation data to provide meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. The role drives performance governance, KPI management, reporting excellence and continuous improvement through data, helping leaders identify risks, opportunities and actions that improve business outcomes. Provides data and insight for the VBTS performance framework, ensuring clear and consistent KPIs are measured and reported across all functions. Maintains executive dashboards, scorecards and performance reporting to provide visibility of operational, financial and transformation performance. Analyse performance trends, risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams. Support weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance reviews and governance forums. Establish data-driven decision-making across VBTS through robust reporting, forecasting and analytical capabilities. Support strategic planning activities by providing performance intelligence, trend analysis and business insights. Who you are Proven experience in performance management, business intelligence, operational excellence or business analytics ideal Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Advanced capability in reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel and data visualisation platforms. Experience working across multiple functions within a complex matrix organisation.
