Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers. What you’ll do The Vendor Performance & Demand Lead sits within Technology Excellence and is responsible for managing the relationship between business demand, supplier performance and delivery capacity across VBTS. The role ensures third-party partners and suppliers deliver against agreed contractual commitments, service levels and business outcomes while providing visibility and governance over demand intake, forecasting and resource planning. Working closely with operational teams, commercial teams, finance and suppliers, the role enables effective prioritisation of work, supplier accountability and efficient utilisation of internal and external resources. Who you are Proven experience in supplier management, vendor performance, service management or operational performance. Experience managing demand planning, forecasting and resource capacity management. Strong understanding of KPI, SLA and contract performance management. Ability to analyse complex operational and financial data and translate it into actionable insights. Experience building executive dashboards, reports and performance reviews. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence suppliers and internal leaders. Understanding of financial governance, supplier cost management and commercial performance.
