We’re Hiring: VoIP Engineer

Zentroverse Global Pvt. Ltd., a startup-qualified technology company developing SaaS, CRM, AI-enabled customer engagement and business automation solutions, is looking for an experienced VoIP Engineer to help us build ZentroDIAL—our own own cloud-based IVR, autodialer and BPO contact-centre platform.

Position: VoIP Engineer

Experience: 3–5 years

Engagement: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance

Location: Patna / Remote / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ZentroDIAL’s cloud telephony architecture

• Configure and manage FreeSWITCH or Asterisk

• Integrate SIP trunks from Indian telecom operators

• Develop inbound and outbound calling systems

• Configure IVR, call queues and skill-based routing

• Implement preview, progressive and power dialers

• Support development of predictive-dialer functionality

• Integrate WebRTC-based calling into the agent web panel

• Implement call recording, hold, transfer and conference calling

• Integrate real-time call events with ZentroFLOW CRM

• Configure Kamailio/OpenSIPS, SBC and SIP security

• Diagnose call failures, one-way audio, latency, echo and dropped calls

• Monitor call quality, concurrent channels and telecom connectivity

• Support carrier failover, scalability and production deployment

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH and/or Asterisk

• Good understanding of SIP, RTP, WebRTC and VoIP protocols

• Experience with SIP-trunk and IP-PBX integration

• Knowledge of Kamailio, OpenSIPS or similar SIP-routing technologies

• Experience with SIP.js or JsSIP for browser-based calling

• Understanding of Coturn/TURN, NAT, firewalls and audio codecs

• Experience with call queues, IVR, recordings and dialer systems

• Working knowledge of Linux and cloud environments

• Familiarity with Wireshark, SIPp and SIP troubleshooting

• Ability to integrate telephony systems with APIs, CRMs and web applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience developing a BPO/contact-centre platform

• Experience with progressive or predictive autodialers

• Experience integrating Airtel, Jio, Vi or other enterprise SIP trunks

• Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architecture

• Understanding of call-detail records, call monitoring and voice analytics

• Familiarity with telecom security and Indian commercial-calling requirements
