Volunteer Engagement and Talent Management Lead

El Camí de la Solidaritat is launching the world’s first Digital Incubator for grassroots NGOs empowering them to tackle critical issues like climate change, poverty, and gender inequality with sustainable, high-impact solutions. To fuel this mission, we are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Volunteer Engagement & Development Lead to foster a vibrant organizational culture and ensure our remote volunteers feel connected to our mission while experiencing continuous professional growth.

What You will do

• Strategy: Develop and implement an engagement strategy that enhances connectivity, collaboration, and morale across our remote teams.
• Development: Design and manage comprehensive learning and development (L&D) programs that support volunteer upskilling, career development, and succession planning.
• Culture: Integrate Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) principles into all engagement initiatives to ensure a highly inclusive remote environment.
• Well-being: Promote volunteer mental health and retention through wellness programs and supportive resources tailored specifically for remote workers.

We are looking for someone who possesses

• 4+ years of experience in employee engagement, talent development, or HR, with a strong focus on remote or distributed teams.
• High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect empathetically with volunteers across different regions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related business field.
• A forward-thinking, creative approach to virtual team dynamics.
