What We Need

• Join us for a 1 hour call to learn more about our program seeking funding and our organization (Tue/Thurs/ Sat anytime during the day)
• Review our overall fundraising strategy, suggest any advice and corresponding fundraising targets
• Identify and suggest (or make introductions if possible) any potential funders, donors or fundraising opportunities
• May have to get in touch with the donors / funders initially (our team will handle the subsequent communication thereafter)
• Volunteers with NGO fundraising experience are preferred
  
  

Background

Visionary Bees is a young registered Section 88 tax-exempt non-profit organization in Hong Kong. We are currently in our official launching phase and are building the vital strategic foundations needed to scale our impact. Our mission is to transform creative and artistic practice into sustainable economic capital for socially marginalized communities across Hong Kong—specifically focusing on ethnic minorities, single parents, and persons with disabilities.

What We Have

To ensure your success, you will work in direct, close communication with our co-founding team. Our core team will handle the day-to-day administrative execution of your strategic recommendations, giving you the freedom to focus entirely on high-level advisory work. We will also provide comprehensive briefing sessions on the legal compliance landscape of Section 88 charities in Hong Kong. This ensures you have all the localized context, data-driven insights, and administrative support necessary to comfortably guide our fundraising frameworks from day one.
