The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Instructional Designer with a passion for thrivability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

- Help shape our thrivability efforts.

- Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.
Your efforts will enrich our learning and training development content, and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, guides, and training assets.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex sustainability concepts into easy-to-understand learning content.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and recommend effective instructional strategies.
- Review, update, and maintain existing learning materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Ensure all content aligns with THRIVE’s mission, values, and branding standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency with instructional design tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate 360, Google Workspace, PowerPoint).
- At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
- Ability to create clear, structured, and visually appealing educational content.
- Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.).
- Fluency in English.
