Role Description

This is a remote non-paid opportunity for a Language Exchange English / Spanish. As a Language Exchange volunteer, your day-to-day tasks will include facilitating conversation practice sessions in English, providing feedback and guidance on language learning, and organizing language exchange tools and activities. You will also be responsible for assisting the student in improving their language skills through written communication and creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. In exchange you will receive the same benefits for your journey to learn and improve your Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Having completed formal/mandatory education including languages, literature and related areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (preferred).
• Excellent writing skills.
• Experience in facilitating language exchange or conversation practice sessions is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and remotely (preferred).
• Native knowledge of English.
• A passion for language learning and cross-cultural exchange.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring is a plus.
