About the Role
Cameli Couturier (C. COUTURIER) is a Finnish startup focused on sustainable luxury fashion. We are looking for creative and motivated Volunteer Video Editors to join us in creating high-quality visual content for an emerging Finnish fashion brand with international ambitions.
You will work with real footage from fashion shoots, campaigns, behind-the-scenes content, and social media productions, transforming raw material into polished and engaging videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our websites.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, strengthen your editing skills, expand your portfolio with real fashion projects, and have a genuine creative impact within a small team.
What You'll Work On
Depending on your skills and interests, your work may include:
- Editing short-form fashion videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Creating longer cinematic and storytelling-focused videos
- Editing footage from fashion and lifestyle photoshoots
- Selecting and arranging the best clips from raw footage
- Creating smooth cuts, transitions, and pacing
- Adding music, sound effects, voiceovers, and other audio
- Basic colour correction and colour grading
- Adding text, subtitles, graphics, and visual effects
- Creating different versions of content for different social platforms
- Developing and experimenting with new editing styles and creative concepts
- Collaborating with the team on upcoming campaigns and content ideas
Editing Tools
We are especially looking for people with experience or interest in using:
- CapCut — our main editing tool
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Other professional or creative video editing tools
You do not need to know every program listed above. Experience with CapCut alone can be sufficient, particularly if you have a strong eye for editing, storytelling, pacing, and social media content.
Working Arrangement
- Part-time volunteer position
- Approximately 5–15 hours per week
- Hybrid / remote working model
- Most video editing can be completed remotely
- Possibility to participate in shoots and creative projects in Helsinki and elsewhere in the Helsinki metropolitan area
- Flexible schedule that can be adapted around studies or full-time work

Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent English language skills are required
- Finnish language skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory
- Some experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or another video editing tool
- A good eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics
- Interest in video editing and creating engaging digital content
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in fashion, luxury, social media, filmmaking, or creative work is considered an advantage
You do not need to be an experienced professional. Students, recent graduates, self-taught editors, and people looking to build their portfolios are welcome to apply.
