As VP Engineering, your mission is to lead that transformation and own engineering end-to-end . About the role Own engineering end-to-end: people, architecture, hiring, delivery, and quality across all squads Build an AI-native org where AI is the default for code, tests, reviews, and deploys, targeting 3 to 5x output per engineer, measured Ship the AI-powered one-stop-shop for money: autonomous agents and personalized financial guidance built on our proprietary data Set the 10-year technical vision and grow Finary's engineering brand to attract A+ talent You'll lead 30 engineers across web, mobile, and backend, partner with Product, Data, and Ops, and help shape company strategy.
