Job Description: We are seeking a VP, Growth Director to serve as a strategic growth partner with deep expertise in data, technology, and platforms. This role sits within our Growth organization and bridges our Growth and Data, Technology & Tools (DT&T) teams to unlock capacity and strengthen our ability to win complex client pursuits. You'll be a hands-on growth leader who partners with our Chief Growth Officer and executive leadership to develop compelling narratives around our data and technology capabilities, lead pitch strategy and development, and manage the end-to-end execution. You’ll build strong partnerships, bring structure to complex pursuits, and create clear, persuasive stories that connect data and technology capabilities to measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of data and technology components for RFIs, RFPs, pitches, and client presentations. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives and value propositions for executive and technical audiences. Partner with Growth, Data, Technology & Tools, product, sales, and client teams to shape tailored solutions and competitive positioning. Lead pitch preparation and client engagements, including executive presentations and technical discussions. Develop and refine high-impact pitch materials, playbooks, case studies, value propositions, and enablement resources. Stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation. Use pitch outcomes and client feedback to continuously improve messaging, solution development, and pursuit execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive experience in growth, business development, or solution development within data, technology, platforms, marketing technology, or advertising technology. Experience supporting complex client pursuits in an agency or consulting environment, including RFI and RFP development, pitch strategy, and client presentations. Strong working knowledge of data platforms, identity solutions, analytics, AI and machine learning, marketing technology, first-party data strategies, data integration, and identity resolution. Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to make complex information accessible and compelling. Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work across multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across executive leadership, technical teams, product organizations, and client-facing teams. Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments. At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Those who do not live near an office may be designated as a remote employee, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect you to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office from time to time. The annual base salary range for this position is $164,450-$180,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
