The Role

Sport Alliance is seeking a VP Onboarding to lead its global onboarding organization across Australia, the United States, Germany, and Poland. The role is responsible for defining the global onboarding strategy, operating model, quality standards, and leadership structure that enable consistent, high-quality customer implementations at scale.

The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership while developing regional leaders, improving operational performance, and ensuring enterprise customers achieve successful go-live outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Global Onboarding Strategy

• Define and own the global onboarding strategy and operating model.
• Establish onboarding methodologies, playbooks, and quality standards.
• Balance global consistency with regional business requirements.
  
  

Leadership & Team Development

• Build, lead, and develop onboarding teams across multiple international regions.
• Coach regional leaders and foster a high-performing organization.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex enterprise onboarding engagements.
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Own key onboarding metrics including implementation speed, quality, and capacity.
• Report performance metrics to executive leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvements across the onboarding function.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales on pipeline readiness and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve customer implementation outcomes.
• Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for the onboarding organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS implementation, onboarding, or Technical Customer Success.
• Significant senior leadership experience.
• Proven success building and scaling onboarding or implementation organizations across multiple regions.
• Experience leading distributed global teams.
• Strong operational and process improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of platform configuration, API integrations, data migration, and customer workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with fitness, wellness, or membership platforms is highly desirable.
• Fluent English required; German is a strong plus.
  
  

Compensation

• EUR 117,000–EUR 140,000 gross per year
