The BC will oversee all aspects of the territory and will be responsible for all relationships, strategic initiatives, goals, activities, and the delivery of key resources to the Financial Professionals in the territory. This will include, but not limited to Training, Marketing, Wealth Solution Services, Insurance support, and Service support. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Work directly with Financial Professionals and Teams to drive Sales and Revenues. Interact with all Osaic Institutions departments to drive needed support to Financial Professionals. Facilitate meetings in the territory that create educational opportunities as well as opportunities for networking and the exchange of ideas. Work with Licensing and Registration to help with the onboarding of Advisors Lead the recruiting process for new Franchise Advisors and support identifying and negotiating retention and succession arrangements, and book acquisitions. Identify key growth opportunities in the territory and develop strategies and tactics to take advantage of these opportunities Identify a group of Advisors annually that have the greatest opportunities for growth and focus on these advisors by setting goals and delivering on those goals Create a process for consistent communication to all Financial Professionals in the territory Work with Compliance on the Sales Supervision activities required.
