About the role We are seeking an innovative and visionary Vice President of Organic Search to lead the strategic direction, evolution, and growth of our SEO practice. This leader will define our agency's SEO vision, ensuring we remain at the forefront of an industry being rapidly transformed by AI, generative search, and emerging search experiences. The VP of Organic Search will be responsible for building a future-ready SEO organization that embraces innovation while maintaining technical excellence and strategic fundamentals that drive long-term organic growth for our clients. This leader will develop scalable methodologies, leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency and performance, and establish our agency as an industry leader in modern search. As a member of the agency leadership team, this individual will partner closely with leaders across Paid Media, Client Success, and Revenue to create integrated digital marketing solutions that maximize business outcomes for clients.
