What You'll Do
Lead a dedicated team of Vulnerable Customer Consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure efficient handling of vulnerable customer cases. Analyze customer data to identify trends and address root causes, enhancing overall customer experience. Manage team performance, well-being, and engagement while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in customer support or management, particularly in handling vulnerable customers. Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring team members. Ability to analyze data and implement strategies for customer experience enhancement.
