Role: Salesforce Developer Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Experience Needed: 15+ Years Number of positions: 4 Position details We’re seeking a Developer who can own solution design and deliver hands-on development across the Salesforce platform, with strong focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. This role partners with product owners, architects, and admins to translate business needs into scalable solutions, deliver high-quality code and configuration, and support DevOps/CI-CD practices. Required skills include a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience, strong Service Cloud and Experience Cloud experience, proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, async patterns, and governor-limit-aware design, as well as strong knowledge of Salesforce security and scalable data modeling. The role also requires experience with Salesforce DevOps/CI-CD practices such as Git workflows, Salesforce DX, automated testing, and deployment automation using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar, along with strong communication skills and the ability to explain tradeoffs and influence decisions. Nice to have: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application/Integration Architect.
