Job Title: Systems Engineer Experience: 6–10 Years Location: Remote Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Summary We are seeking a Systems Engineer with strong experience in GCP and enterprise application support to manage AI search platform operations, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure platform reliability. Key Responsibilities Administer and support enterprise AI search platform operations. Monitor data connectors and resolve connectivity issues. Troubleshoot application, API, authentication, and GCP-related issues. Handle user onboarding, access management, permissions, and credential rotation. Support AI agent onboarding and governance. Perform incident management, RCA, and issue resolution following ITIL practices. Validate APIs using Postman, curl, and OAuth. Monitor logs in Microsoft Sentinel. Prepare operational dashboards and Monthly Business Review (MBR) reports. Required Skills 6–10 years of Systems/Application Support experience. Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Experience with ITIL , incident management, and service delivery. Knowledge of REST APIs, Postman, curl, OAuth , and API troubleshooting. Experience with Microsoft Sentinel . Strong analytical and communication skills. Mandatory Skills: GCP, Support Delivery Management.
