Warehouse Specialist – Delivery & Operations At Chariot Plumbing Supply & Design, our Warehouse Associates do more than move product, they help power the entire customer experience. This is a hands-on, hybrid role that blends warehouse operations with delivery support. One moment you’re pulling and staging orders, the next you’re loading a truck or stepping in to complete a delivery. You’ll play a key role in making sure the right products get to the right place, on time, and in excellent condition. Every order you touch and every delivery you support represents our brand. Your attention to detail, urgency, and teamwork directly impact our customers, our sales team, and the success of every project we’re a part of. Key Responsibilities Load and unload incoming and outgoing products with care and accuracy Move products throughout the warehouse Pull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery and will call Identify, label, and organize products to maintain accurate inventory and efficient flow Pack and load products securely to ensure safe transport Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Perform and report cycle counts to support inventory accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all warehouse safety rules and guidelines at all times Delivery & Team Support Assist as a backup delivery driver to homes, businesses, and job sites as needed Support delivery routes by loading, verifying, and preparing orders Assist as a backup picker for sales orders and walk-in will call customers Communicate clearly with team members to keep operations running smoothly Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Forklift certification is preferred Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record Team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision Comfortable using computers and warehouse software required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 60–70 lbs. regularly High school diploma or equivalent *Pre-employment drug and background screening required Why You’ll Love Working With Us At Chariot, this isn’t a “stay in your lane” role, you’ll be part of a team that works together to get the job done right.
