What You'll Do
Change Management:
Support the development of tools,
templates
and resources to enable consistent and effective change practices across the organization.
Communications:
Help draft internal messaging, develop content for
newsletters
and support communications campaigns.
Events:
Contribute to the planning and execution of internal events and engagement activities.
Colleague Experience:
Support programs that enhance recognition, development, and inclusion across Wealth.
Conduct research, gather
insights
and prepare presentations to support team initiatives.

Currently
enrolled in
an
undergraduate degree
in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data,
Business/
Commerce
or related
field
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school a

the start of your work term
(requirement of all co-op/intern positions)
A passion for storytelling, employee
engagement
and organizational culture.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
Experience in strategic communications, event planning/execution
